摘　　要：目的:观察通管助孕汤治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的临床疗效。方法:134例随机分为两组,治疗组:68例用通管助孕汤口服加灌肠配合通液术治疗,对照组:66例用妇科千金胶囊口服加康妇消炎栓肛塞配合通液术治疗。结果:总有效率:治疗组91.18%、对照组75.76%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通管助孕汤配合通液术治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕疗效显著。Objective： To observe clinical effects of the Tongguan Zhuyun decoction on treating tubal obstruction infertility. Methods： 134 patients were divided into two groups, 68 cases in the treated group was given the Tongguan Zhuyun decoction and enemas plus hydrotubation therapy, while 66 cases in the control group was given the gynecologic Qianjin capsules and Kangfu anti - inflammatory suppository anal plug plus hydrotubation therapy. Results： The total efficiency of the treated group was 91.18%, 75.76% in the control group, the comparison has statistical simaificance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Tone.~uan Zhuyun decoction is effective on treating tubal obstruction infertility.
