摘　　要：目的:探讨老年骨关节炎不同的治疗方法并且比较相应的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院从2009年9月～2012年8月收治的105例老年膝骨关节炎患者的临床治疗方法和治疗效果。结果:105例患者中物理治疗37例,治疗优良率48.64%;药物治疗42例,优良率80.95%;手术治疗26例,优良率96.15%。结论:采用药物治疗和手术治疗效果明显好于物理治疗,可以更好地改善关节功能,提高生活质量。Objective： To investigate different methods and clinical effects of treating elderly o steoarthritis. Methods： Retrospective analysis the Treatment methods and treatment effect of 105 patients in our hospital from September 2009 to August 2012. Results： 37 cases in Physical therapy, the efficiency was 48.64%; 42 cases in medicine therapy, the efficiency was 80.95%; surgical treatment of 26 cases, the efficiency was 96.15%. Conclusion： The efficiency of medicine therapy and surgical treatment was significantly higher than that in the Physical therapy. Can improve the joint function and the quality of life.
