补肾方药治疗排卵障碍性不孕疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾方药治疗排卵障碍性不孕的效果。方法:105例分为两组,方药组65例在使用克罗米芬的同时服用补肾方药,西药组40例单用克罗米芬,分析用药后患者月经、排卵等相关生理性活动的变化。结果:方药组服药期间和停药后共有42例妊娠(64.6%),西药组共有17例妊娠(42.5%),方药组妊娠情况优于西药组(P<0.05)。方药组月经、排卵等相关生理性活动均发生了明显的趋于正常化的改变。结论:补肾方药能够使月经、排卵等相关生理性活动趋于正常化,有助于妊娠。Objective ： Analysis on anovulatory infertility cases with kidney tonifying herbs treatment effect.Methods ： in 2010 February - 2011 October： diagnosis and treatment of infertility in select patients with disease because of ovulatory disorder105 cases, prescription group 65 cases, in the use of clomiphene citrate while taking tonifying kidney, western medicine group 40 cases, only using clomiphene citrate, menstruation, ovulation after administration of case analysis and related physiological changes in activity, contrast the changes of two groups.Results： prescription medication during and after discontinuation of group a total of 42cases of pregnancy, percentage of 64.6%, western medicine group, a total of 17 cases of pregnancy, percentage of 42.5%, Party group of pregnancy is superior to the western medicine group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; medicine groups, ovulation menstrual related physiological activities are obviously tend to be normal change.Conclusion： in view of anovulatory infertility cases with kidney tonifying herbs can make the menstruation, ovulation and related physiological activity tends to normalize, contribute to pregnancy.
