摘　　要：Three new phenanthrenes,along with one known phenanthrene,were isolated from the ethanolic extract of the tubers of Cremastra appendiculata（D.Don） Makino.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis.Compounds 1-4 were tested for in vitro cytotoxic activities against human lung（A549）,colon（HCT-116）,liver（HepG2）,and breast（MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231） cancer cell lines.Three new phenanthrenes,along with one known phenanthrene,were isolated from the ethanolic extract of the tubers of Cremastra appendiculata（D.Don） Makino.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis.Compounds 1-4 were tested for in vitro cytotoxic activities against human lung（A549）,colon（HCT-116）,liver（HepG2）,and breast（MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231） cancer cell lines.
