摘  要:目的:观察微波联合液氮治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效及其对血清脂质过氧化物及白介素的影响。方法:将本院收诊的尖锐湿疣患者随机分成两组,对照组和观察组各48例。对照组采用液氮冷冻治疗,观察组采用微波联合液氮治疗。比较两组间疗效差异及治疗前后血清脂质过氧化物及白介素水平差异。结果:研究结果显示观察组患者治愈率显著高于对照组,观察组患者复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组LPO值显著低于对照组;观察组IL-2显著高于对照组,IL-4、IL-6、IL-10等均显著低于对照组,组间差异都具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微波联合液氮治疗尖锐湿疣能显著改善血清脂质过氧化物及白介素水平,疗效好,复发率低。Objectives: To study the clinical effects of microwave combined with liquid nitrogen in condyloma acuminatum (CA) and its influence on lipid peroxides and interleukin. Methods: Patients with CA in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 48 in each group. Patients who were in the control group were treated with frozen liquid nitro- gen, and those in the observation group were treated with microwave combined with liquid nitrogen. The clinical effective rates and the level of lipid peroxides and intedeukin before and after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results: The clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the relapse rate of the observation group was significant- ly lower than that of the control group (P 〈 0. 05). After the treatment, the level of serum L~ and the levels of IL - 4, IL - 6, [L - 10 of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the level of IL -2 of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 〈0. 05). Conclusion: Microwave combined with liquid nitrogen can significantly improve the clinical effects with better condition of LPO and intedeukin and have lower relapse rate.
