摘 要:目的了解9种常用胶饵对野外品系德国小蠊的灭效。方法在每个测试缸内投放2周龄德国小蠊成虫30只(♂、♀各半),投放一种胶饵,进行无选择性试验,观察6、12、24、48、72 h 5个时点的累积死亡数,计算累积死亡率。结果氟虫胺为原药的2种产品72 h累计死亡率分别是100.00%、98.89%(χ2=0.006,P>0.05),没有显著差异;氟虫腈为原药的2种产品72 h累计死亡率分别是98.89%、93.33%(χ2=3.72,P>0.05),没有显著差异;吡虫啉为原药的3种产品在5个时段的累计死亡率有显著差异。硼酸为原药的2种产品胶饵剂效果较差;各类胶饵剂的72 h平均累积死亡率由高到低依次是氟虫胺、氟虫腈、吡虫啉、硼酸。结论有机氟制剂(包括氟虫腈、氟虫胺)和吡虫啉制剂的速效灭蟑效果较好。Objective To investigate the effects of 9 staple gel baits for killing Blattella germanica field strain.Methods Thirty Blattella germanica aged 2 weeks(the male and female were half and half)were put into each test box.And putting one kind of gel bait into each box to do a non-selective experiment to observe the number of cumulative mortality at five time points(6,12,24,48,72 h)and calculating the cumulative mortality rate.Results The cumulative mortality rates of two kinds of sulfluramid products were 100.00% and 98.89%(χ2=0.006,P>0.05)at 72 h.There was no significant difference.The cumulative mortality rates of two kinds of fipronil products were 98.89% and 93.33%(χ2=3.72,P>0.05)at 72 h.There was no significant difference.The cumulative mortality rate of No.7 was higher than that of NO.5 and 6 at five time points and there were significant differences in three kinds of imidacloprid products.The effects of gel baits produced by boric acid and hydramethylnon were inefficient.The sequence of the average cumulative mortality rate of each kind of gel bait at 72 h from high to low was sulfluramid,fipronil,imidacloprid,hydramethylnon and boric acid.Conclusion Organic fluorine(including fipronil and sulfluramid) and imidacloprid products are more perfect.
