摘　　要：缓释剂可以延缓各类制剂有效成分的释放,从而增加有效时间。综述了避蚊胺和萜类驱避剂的几种缓释剂型,包括聚合物制剂、微胶囊制剂、水凝胶乳剂、脂质体制剂、包结化合物制剂。在此基础上,对缓释剂的应用前景和发展进行了展望。Slow-release formulations can prolong the releasing of the active substance of various preparations consequently,and increase the effective time.Some kinds of slow-release formulations of DEET and terpenoids repellent,namely,polymer preparation,microcapsule preparation,hydrogel preparation,liposome preparation and inclusion compound preparation are summarized.The prospects and development of the slow-release formulations are discussed.
