1例创伤性窒息并发急性缺氧性脑病患者的护理

摘　　要：总结1例颈胸部严重挤压伤致急性缺氧性脑病患者的护理经验。护理要点包括:保持呼吸道通畅、充分供氧;做好镇静镇痛治疗与护理;应用冰帽进行头部亚低温治疗;患肢的观察与护理;高压氧治疗的护理;做好院内转运的配合与护理;加强心理护理。经过8d的积极抢救与护理,患者意识恢复,患肢感觉及运动功能得到一定程度恢复,予以出院并转至专科医院对受损神经进一步康复治疗。This paper introduced the nursing care of a patient with traumatic asphyxia complicated by acute hypoxic encephalopathy. The key points in nursing were keeping the respiratory tract unobstructed and sufficient oxygen supply, sedation and analgesia treatment,mild hypothermia treatment with ice cap ,observation and care of the affected limb ,hyperbaric oxygen therapy,cooperation during hospital transport and psychological nursing. The patient＇s consciousness was restored and the sensory and motor functions of the affected limb recovered to a certain degree after 8 days of treatment and nursing care. Then ,the patient was transferred to a specialize hospital for further rehabilitation.
