摘 要:目的评价互动式健康教育对提高社区糖尿病患者自我注射胰岛素知识的效果。方法采用方便抽样,选取北京市某社区医院糖尿病诊治中心自我注射胰岛素的200例糖尿病患者,通过一对一评估指导、集中讲授、电话随访进行互动式健康教育。分别在健康教育前后,使用自设的胰岛素注射知识问卷对患者进行调查。结果互动式健康教育后,患者自我注射胰岛素的知识由7.16分提高至11.15分(P<0.01),其中12项知识的答对率显著提高(P<0.01),但对低血糖症状观察和处理等题目的答对率无改善(P>0.05)。结论互动式健康教育可提高糖尿病患者自我注射胰岛素的知识,但今后需加强对低血糖知识的教育。Objective To evaluate the effect of interactive health education on insulin injection knowledge in community diabetic patients. Methods Totally 200 diabetic patients with self-insulin injection participated in the interactive health education program in a Diabetes Health Center of a community hospital. The health education program was performed in three steps,including individualized assessment and instruction,group education by lectures and follow-up instruction by telephone. The patients were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire on the insulin injection knowledge before and after the program. Results After interactive health education,the total score of the knowledge increased from 7.16 to ll.15(P〈0.01). The correct rates of 12 out of 19 questions were significantly improved(P〈0.01). However,no improvement was observed in the correct rates of the observation and coping with hypoglycemia(P〉0.05). Conclusion Interactive health education can improve insulin injection knowledge in community diabetic patients. Fm'ther efforts need to be made on the education of knowledge related to hypoglycemia.
