舒心口服液对心肌细胞缺糖缺氧损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：探讨舒心口服液对缺糖缺氧损伤心肌细胞形态和心肌酶活性影响。结果表明，不同浓度的舒心口服液具有保护缺血性损伤心肌细胞的作用，且呈量效依赖关系。高浓度（５００μｇ／ｍｌ）舒心口服液释放的ＬＤＨ、ＧＯＴ、ＣＰＫ，明显低于心得安组，表明舒心口服液的保护作用强于心得安。To probe into effect of shuxin oral solution on appearance and enzymatic activity of damaged cardiac-muscle cell. Results: Shuxin oral solution of different concentration had protection of cardiar-musele cell damaged by ischemia, which had dose-effect dependence relationship. LDH, GOT, CPK released by high concentration shuxin oral solution were significantly lower than that of propanolol group. Conclusion: The protection of high concentration of shuxin oral solution to cardiac-muscle cell was more powerful than that of propanolol.
