摘  要:受宏观经济形势影响,中国经济增速回落,汽车行业进入低增长阶段。面对汽车行业进入低增长的现状以及中国经济加快转型创新、坚持开放发展的历史新阶段的挑战,文章通过对汽车行业低增长阶段特征的分析,强调汽车企业增长转型的必要性,并以北京汽车集团转变增长方式为例,提出了汽车企业如何尽早融入到经济转型发展的进程中,加快实现汽车企业自身增长方式转型的新观点、新思路。Under the influence of macro economy and slower growth of Chinese economy, the auto industry has entered a stage with moderate growth. In the face of such a low growth of the auto sector and the challenges of a new historical stage where Chinese economy is under the process of accelerated transformation and innovations and further opened-up development,according to the analysis on the features of such low growth in auto industry, this paper put great emphasis on the necessity for auto companies to transform their growth models. Taking BAIC Group as an example of growth model transformation, innovative idea is put forward in this paper on how automobile enterprises are adaptive to the process of economic transformation as soon as possible in order to speed up the transformation of growth mode.
