娱乐场所女性性服务人员艾滋病高危行为干预效果评价

摘　　要：目的了解某娱乐场所女性性服务人员对性病/艾滋病(STD/AIDS)相关知识信念行为情况及AIDS与梅毒的感染状况,为制订预防策略与措施提供依据。同时对娱乐场所干预工作进行效果评估。方法在干预前后分别对娱乐场所女性性服务人员进行匿名问卷调查,收集人口学资料、STD/AIDS相关知识知晓情况及安全套使用情况等信息。同时采集血液标本检测人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)和梅毒抗体。结果干预后对STD/AIDS防治知识知晓率均由低于50%的程度上得到提高。最近1次安全套使用率从干预前的47.06%(72/153)提高到了干预后的91.39%(138/151);与客人每次使用安全套也从干预前的26.80%(41/153)提高到了干预后的70.86%(107/151);干预前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对女性性服务人员流动性大而难于管理的特点,干预工作应是一项长期而艰巨的任务,同时,发展同伴教育者是重要的补充措施之一。Objective To understand the attitude and behaviors of female sex workers in the entertainment venues to the sex transmitted disease（STD） and AIDS related knowledge and the AIDS and syphilis infection situation to provide the basis for formulating the prevention strategies and measures,and to evaluate the intervention effect in entertainment venues.Methods The anonymous questionnaire survey on all the female sex workers in the entertainment venues before and after intervention was conducted to collect the information of the demographic data,awareness status of SDT and AIDS related knowledge and the condom use situation.At the same time,blood was collected for detecting the antibodies of HIV and syphilis.Results The awareness rate of the prevention and treatment knowledge on STD and AIDS after intervention was increased from less than 50%.The last condoms use rate was increased from 47.06% before intervention to 91.39% after intervention,the every time condom use rate for the guest was also increased from 26.8% before intervention to 70.86% after intervention.Before intervention,no HIV infectious cases were found and 3 cases of syphilis were found with the infection rate of 1.96%.After intervention,the HIV infection rate was 1.32% and 9 cases of syphilis were found with the infection rate of 5.96%.Conclusion Commercial female sex workers are a high mobility group and the awareness rate of the related knowledge on STD and AIDS has been improved after intervention.
