曲美他嗪对老年冠心病代谢治疗的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:观察使用曲美他嗪对老年冠心病患者的影响。方法:选择60例老年冠心病患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。对照组给予常规抗心肌缺血治疗;治疗组在对照组常规治疗基础上加服曲美他嗪40mg,3次/d,2组疗程均为6个月。观察两组治疗前后临床疗效、HolterS-T段改变、左心室收缩末期容积(LVESD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF%)、6min步行试验、高敏血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血浆B型脑钠肽(BNP)及药物不良反应等。结果:治疗6个月后,治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在ST段、LVESD、LVEF、6min步行距离、高敏血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血浆B型脑钠肽(BNP)等方面的改善,治疗组均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:曲美他嗪能明显改善老年冠心病患者心肌缺血的程度。Objective：To observe effect of trimetazidine on metabolism of senile coronary heart disease.Methods：Sixty patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group and a control group equally.Patients in control group were given conventional anti-ischemic therapy;while patients in treatment group had conventional treatment plus trimetazidine 20mg,3times/d.All patients had treatment for 6 months.Clinical efficacy was observed before and after treatment,HolterS-T segment changes,left ventricular end-systolic volume（LVESD）,left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF%）,6minute walk test,serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（CRP）,plasma B type natriuretic peptide（BNP）and adverse drug reactions were observed and compared.Results：After 6months,the total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher（P0.05）;Treatment group had more significant improvement in ST segment,LVESD,LVEF,6-minute walk distance,serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（CRP）,plasma B-type natriuretic peptide（BNP）（P0.05）.Conclusion ： Trimetazidine can significantly improve myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary heart disease.
