Objective:To study the correction between circulating microRNA,microglobulin and acute myocardial infarction. Methods:A total of 54patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted from July 2012to February 2013were selected as observation group,54healthy persons with health examination at the same time were selected as control group. The circulating microRNA and microglobulin levels were observed and compared, and the correction between those indexes and acute myocardial infarction was analyzed.Results:α1-MG,β2-MG,microRNA-499,microRNA-214and microRNA-208of observation group were all higher than those of control group,microRNA-21was lower than that of control group, those indexes fluctuations of observation group with higher Killip grade were larger than those with lower Killip grade(all P0.05).Those indexes all had closely correlation with acute myocardial infarction. Conclusion: Patients with acute myocardial infarction had abnormal circulating microRNA and microglobulin, and those indexes were different in patients with different Killip grade. They have closely correlation with acute myocardial infarction.
