穴位注射为主治疗分娩性臂丛神经损伤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位注射对分娩性臂丛神经损伤的临床疗效观察。方法:将40例臂丛神经损伤患儿随机分为两组,观察组、对照组各20例。两组均给予被动功能康复训练和针刺治疗,观察组在此基础上配合穴位注射治疗,以临床疗效为观察指标。结果:治疗后,观察组疗效优于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位注射是治疗分娩性臂丛神经损伤的一种有效方法,可以提高患儿的康复效果和生活质量。Objective： To approach the clinical effect of acupoint injection in the treatment of obstetric brachial plexus palsy（OBPP）. Methods：40 cases were divided into two groups ,with 20 cases in each group. All the pa- tients received passive motion training and acupuncture. The observation group received acupoint injection in addition. The clinical therapeutic effect was investigated. Results：After treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：Acupoint injec- tion is an effective method for obstetric brachial plexus palsy, and it can significantly improve the rehabilitative effects and quality of life.
