摘　　要：高炉供料系统由于受高炉设计炉容、场地条件等因素的影响,工艺配置方式、设备数量、设备布置变化繁多,设计复杂。通过对高炉供料系统的各种形式进行系统的梳理和分析,形成高炉供料控制系统组态策略,以填表的方法方便快捷地表示出具体的高炉供料系统的工艺配置,自动生成操作界面和基础自动化系统的相关控制程序。According to the difference of the capacity and the geographical condition,there are a variety of the design of underbin and burden charging system in blast furnace,including the layout and the number of equipments.Through analyzing all kinds of underbin and burden charging system,the configuration strategies are set up,which can denotation a detail underbin and burden charging system by fill in the table,as well as create the HMI and control program automatically.
