摘　　要：研究基于微波雷达测距的物位测量装置。基于检测要求和硬件设备制定了系统参数。采用单片机控制DAC产生雷达收发器的调制信号。收发器输出经内部前置放大器放大的差拍信号。差拍信号经滤波放大通过电压过零比较器产生脉冲信号,单片机中断和定时器相结合测出差拍信号频率。在保证精度的前提下通过多周期求均值的方法确定有效频率值。制定了干扰排除算法以确定距离信息的有效性。The device for material level gauging based on microwave radar is studied.The system parameters are constituted based on detection request and hardware selected.DAC output modulation signal of radar under control of signal chip microcomputer.The amplified and filtrated beat signal enter zero voltage comparator,the frequency of pulse signal of comparator outputting is identified by signal chip microcomputer with its interrupt and timer.The accuracy frequency can be confirmed by average of multi-cycles.The algorithm for eliminating interference is formulated to assure the validity of distance measurement.
