摘　　要：目的:总结开放性损伤超时缝合治疗经验。方法:回顾分析急诊开放性损伤9例,患者伤后均超过12h,最长时间约21h,给予清创后一期缝合,术后抗生素治疗。结果:9例患者均一期愈合,无感染发生。结论:随着医疗技术、抗生素等的发展,急诊锐性开放性损伤超过12h后也可以考虑清创后直接缝合。Objective：To summarize the experience of the delayed suture of the open injury of extremities.Method：Nine cases of emergency open injuries were treated with debridement and primary suturing with the injury time of more than 12hours.The maximum time is about 21h.All patients were given antibiotics after the surgery by intravenous injection.Result：All nine patients healed primarily without infection.Conclusion：With the development of medical technologies,primary suture after debridement may be a reasonable treatment for the emergency sharpening open injury even after 12hours.
