摘　　要：目的:探讨产褥期社区延续护理的需求与对策。方法:采用产褥期妇女延续性护理需求调查表对2011年8月至2012年8月在我院产科住院分娩的100例孕产妇进行调查,根据调查结果提出个体化和循证的健康教育对策。结果:产褥期妇女对延续性护理有不同的心理需求,绝大多数产褥期妇女最担心的是自身和婴儿健康问题,希望专业人员提供产褥期育婴知识和自我护理知识。结论:产妇迫切需求产褥期延续性护理,尤其需要专业人员提供产褥期育婴知识和自我护理知识;应加强产褥期育婴知识和自我护理知识的宣教和指导,以满足产妇的需求。Objective： To investigate the puerperium community continuing nursing service demand and implementation of the countermeasures.Methods： One hundred pregnant women in our obstetrical department of our hospital from August 2011 to August 2012 were surveyed by continuing care need questionnaire for puerperal women,then we proposed individualization and evidence-based health education countermeasures according to the continuing care needs questionnaire results for puerperal women.Results： Puerperal women had different psychological need community continuing nursing service,the vast majority of puerperal women worried most about their own and infant health problems,they needed professional personnel providing puerperium nursery knowledge and self care knowledge.Conclusion： Women need the puerperium continuing care,especially professional personnel providing puerperium nursery knowledge and self care knowledge,we must strengthen the puerperium nursery knowledge and self care knowledge propaganda and education and guidance in order to meet the needs of women.
