Masimo Radical与血气分析仪在择期脊柱外科手术中血红蛋白测量比较分析

摘　　要：目的探讨Masimo Radical-7的准确性,实用性。方法选择择期行脊柱外科择期手术患者50例,ASA分级Ⅰ或Ⅱ级。分别采取Masimo Radical-7及血气分析仪两种方法测量血红蛋白,将二者进行相关性分析。结果 50对配对数据中Pearson相关分析表明Masimo Radical-7及血气分析仪具有良好的相关性(r=0.921),Bland-Altman研究显示tHb与SPHb有很好的一致性,一致性界限范围是-1.0～1.9g/dl。结论 Masimo Radical-7对患者连续无创血红蛋白监测是准确可靠的,二者的相关性是一致的,通过Masimo Radical-7实时监测,为临床输血输液提供客观依据,避免盲目输血输液带来不良后果,优化临床管理,为临床医生及麻醉医生带来方便可靠信息,提高患者预后。Objective To investigate the accuracy and practicality of Masimo Rdical-7TM. Methods 50 ASA I or II patients underwent selective spinal surgery,had hemoglobin tested via Masimo Rdical-7TM and blood gas analyzer respectively. Then analyse the correlation between the both outcomes. Results Fifty matched pairs of data was processed through Pearson Correlation Analysis. And the result showed that Masimo Rdical-7TM had good relativity with blood gas analyzer （r = 0.921） . Bland-Altman investigation showed that tHb had an excellent consistency with SPHb （-1.0～1.9 g/dl） . Conclusion It was accurate and reliable of using a Masimo Rdical-7TM to get continued hemoglobin tested. Masimo Rdical-7’s continuous monitoring provided objective evidence for clinicians of fluid and blood transfusion,and avoided negative effects from blind transfusion. So that clinical management could be optimized,clinicians and anesthesiologists could get facility and reliable information,which promoted prognosis.
