摘　　要：目的探讨远程动态心电图(TTECG)在农村及社区的临床应用价值。方法选择本院心电诊断中心所属的基层分站传输的24h同步十二导联动态心电图网络数据1869例进行分析。结果 TTECG正常253例,占13.54%;心律失常1616例,占86.46%;其中窦性心律失常903例,房性心律失常1373例,室性心律失常847例;房室传导阻滞38例,占2.03%;心肌梗死51例,占2.73%;死亡5例,占0.27%;起搏器心电图10例,占5.35%;ST-T改变1123例,占60.09%。结论 TTECG符合我国国情,心电异常检出率较高,临床实用价值较大,值得基层推广应用。Objective To discuss the clinical application value of the TTECG in rural and community. Methods Selected and analysis the 1869 cases from the base station of the ECG center. Results The normal cases was 253,accounting 13.54%; The arrhythmia cordis cases was 1616,accounting 86.46%; Sinus arrhythmia cases was 903,atrial arrhythmia cases was 1373,ventricular arrhythmia cases was 847,atrioventricular heartblock cases is 38,accounting 2.03%; myocardial infarction cases was 51,accounting 2.73%; death cases was 5, accounting 5.35%; ST-T change cases was 1123,accounting 60.09%. Conclusion The TTECG have the higher efficiency and better effect than traditional ECG pattern. so,it has the higher value in clinical application.
