摘　　要：目的探讨输尿管镜钬激光治疗嵌顿性输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析49例嵌顿性输尿管结石患者临床资料。结果本组41例中、下段结石患者均1次手术成功,术后复查,结石排出率100.00%。上段结石患者中7例均手术1次成功,结石排出率87.5%;1例因输尿管上段多发结石,改开放手术取石、切除病变段。经随访,所有病例无明显并发症。结论输尿管镜钬激光治疗嵌顿性输尿管结石疗效佳,具有良好的安全性。Objective To study on efficacy of ureteroscopic holmium laser surgery treatment for impacted ureteral calculi patients. Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data about 49 cases of impacted ureteral calculi patients. Results In this group,stones in the lower segment of patients,41 cases were 1 times of successful operation,operation after the review,the stone expulsion rate 100% . Upper ureteral calculi patients： 7 patients had successful operation 1 times,the stone expulsion rate 87.5%. 1 cases converted to open operation stone,resection of the diseased segment. Conclusion Ureteroscopic holmium laser surgery treatment for impacted ureteral calculi patients,curative effect is good,has a good safety.
