氯沙坦钾治疗原发性高血压疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察氯沙坦钾对原发性高血压的治疗疗效。方法将72例原发性高血压患者随患者个人意愿分为氯沙坦钾片治疗组36例和对照组(卡托普利)36例。治疗组患者给予氯沙坦钾片50mg/次,1次/d,对照组给予卡托普利片25mg/次,2次/d。4周为1疗程,患者每周随访2次,于第2周末、第4周末判断疗效,并记录不良反应。结果两组疗效比较:治疗2周后,治疗组总有效率为83.3%,对照组总有效率为75%;治疗4周后,治疗组总有效率为91.7%,对照组总有效率为80.5%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氯沙坦钾治疗原发性高血压疗效显著,安全可靠,使用方便,值得临床推广。Objective Observe the efficacyoflosartan potassiumtrea tment of essential hypertension. Methods According to patients’own preference,72 patients with essential hypertensionwere divided into two groups： The treatment group of 36 patients with losartan potassium tablets and the control group（Cato Plymouth） with 36 patients. Treatment group： patients were given 50 mglosartan potassium tablets once per day,the control group was given 25 mgcaptopril tabletst wice a day. It was 4weeks for a course of treatment. There was a follow-up check for patients twice per week. At the end of the second weekand the fourth week,check to determine efficacy andrecordadverse reactions. Results Comparison of two groups： after two weeks of treatment,the treatment group hasa total effective rate of 83.3%; For the control group the total effective rate was 75%; After four weeksoftreatment,the treatment group has a total effective rate of 91.7%,the control group on the other hand,had the total effective rate of 80.5%. The difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Losartan potassium treatment of essential hypertension was significantly safe,reliable and easy to use. So it is worthy of promotion.
