优思明在人流后子宫内膜修复中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨优思明在人流后子宫内膜修复中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析本院2011年1月至2012年9月间收治的54例人流妇女的临床资料,所有妇女均于人流后口服优思明,观察患者的阴道流血时间、月经复潮时间以及子宫内膜厚度。结果本组54例人流妇女经口服优思明治疗后,子宫内膜厚度为(11.7±1.8)mm,优于治疗前的(6.8±1.4)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时治疗后阴道流血时间为(3.2±1.9)d,少于治疗前的(7.5±1.7)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),月经复潮时间为(22.6±3.7)d。结论人流后给予口服优思明临床效果确切,能够缩短阴道流血时间,维持子宫内膜厚度,促进术后子宫内膜的修复,值得临床进一步推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of application of Yasmin in endometrial repair after artificial abortion. Methods A retrospective analysis about clinical data of 54 cases of artificial abortion women in our hospital from 2011 January to 2012 September was operated,all women treated by oral Yasmin treatment after artificial abortion,observed vaginal bleeding time,menstruation and endometrial thickness of patients. Results 54 cases of artificial abortion after oral Yasmin treatment,endometrial thickness was （11.7 ± 1.8） mm,better than before treatment （6.8 ± 1.4） mm,the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05） . At the same time,vaginal bleeding time after treatment was （3.2 ± 1.9） d,less than before treatment （7.5 ± 1.7） d,the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05） ,menses time was （22.6 ± 3.7） d. Conclusion Taking oral Yasmin treatment after artificial abortion has good clinical effects,can shorten the time of vaginal bleeding,maintain endometrial thickness,promote endometrial repair,it is worthy of further clinical application.
