摘　　要：目的通过对机械通气患者实施及时有效的气道护理改善患者的通气和换气功能,减少机械通气期间相关并发症的发生。方法对临床实行机械通气的患者加强气道护理。结果加强气道护理的机械通气患者的通气和换气功能明显改善,相应并发症明显减少。结论人工气道的护理质量直接影响机械通气的疗效,在临床护理工作中我们应加强机械通气患者的气道护理,确保机械通气期间患者的安全。Objective Through the implementation of the timely and effective airway nursing in patients with mechanical ventilation to improve ventilation and gas exchage function,reduce the related complication during mechanical ventilation. Methods The patients with machinery ventilation were strengthened airway nursing. Results The ventilation and gas exchage function of machinery ventilation patients who were strengthened airway nursing were improved significantly,the corresponding complications decreased significantly. Conclusion Artificial airway nursing quality directly influences the curative effect of mechanical ventilation,we should strengthen the airway nursing to patients with machinery ventilation in the clinical nursing work,ensure the safety of patients during mechanical ventilation.
