摘　　要：目的评价综合护理干预措施对肝硬化患者便秘的影响。方法 60例肝硬化便秘患者,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理干预。结果观察组总有效率76.67%优于对照组46.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能有效改善肝硬化便秘患者的生活质量。Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on constipation in patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods 60 cases of liver cirrhosis patients with constipation,were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received routine nursing care. Observation groupwere treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. Results The observation group the total effective rate was 76.67% higher than 46.67% in control group,the difference was significant （P 0.05） . Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life in patients with liver cirrhosis.
