深圳市老年住院患者营养调查及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨深圳市老年住院患者的营养情况以及护理措施。方法分析本院自2008年6月～2010年6月收治的深圳市60例老年住院患者的营养情况及其住院后的变化,总结出适合的护理措施。结果营养不良患者达45%,高于住院前的33%;营养过剩患者15%,低于住院前的20%。结论深圳市老年住院患者的营养水平不容乐观,为了提高这些老人的生活水平,必须采取一系列的护理措施,包括指导他们合理用药,调节健康的膳食结构,提高他们认知以及加强锻炼,保持良好心态等。Objective To evaluate the nutritional status of hospitalized elderly patients in Shenzhen as well as care measures. Methods 60 cases of hospitalized elderly patients admitted to our hospital from June 2008 to June 2010,Shenzhen,nutrition and hospitalized after the change Analysis of 60 casess of elderly hospitalized patients of our hospital nutrition situation and its chenge after hospitalization,summed up the appropriate care measures. Results Hospitalized elderly patients malnourished patients reached 45% ,higher than the 33% of the pre-hospitalization; 15% of the patients with excess nutrients,less than 20% of the pre-admission. Conclusion Discussion Shenzhen nutrient levels in hospitalized elderly patients is not optimistic,In order toimprove the living standards of the elderly,it is necessary to take a series of care measures,to guide their rational drug use,adjust the structure of healthy meals to improve their cognitive and strengthening exercises to maintain good mentality and so on.
