摘  要:目的:建立碱性硅胶管采样,高效液相荧光检测器法测定工作场所空气中二乙烯三胺的方法。方法:使用碱性硅胶管采样,使用邻苯二甲醛作为衍生剂,激发波长351 nm,发射波长411 nm,高效液相荧光检测器法测定。结果:穿透容量大于4 mg,线性范围0.015μɡ/ml-10μɡ/ml,相关系数r=0.9995,变异系数小于3%。结论:本法测定工作场所空气中二乙烯三胺操作简便,结果可靠,值得推广。Objective: To establish a method for determination of diethylenetriamine in workplace air by alkaline silica gel tube sampling and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) with fluorescence detection. Methods: The diethylenetriamine in workplace air is collected by alkaline silica gel tube and derived with 0 --phthalaldehyde (OPA), then the derivative sample was detected by fluorescence detector with excitation wavelength (kex) at 351 nm and emission wavelength (hem) at 411 nm. Results : The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0. 015 μg/ml - 10 μg/ml. The correlation coefficient was 0. 9995. The extraction recoveries were 100.4% , with relative standard deviations of 3%. Conclusion: This method is simple, convenient, accurate and reproducible,which may be suitable for the determination of diethylenetriamine in the air of workplace.
