摘 要:目的:建立工作场所空气中二硫化碳的毛细管柱气相色谱测定方法。方法:以毛细管柱对被测样品中的二硫化碳进行分离,火焰光度检测器(FPD)进行检测。结果:二硫化碳浓度在0.02μg/ml^6.0μg/ml呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9999;检出限为0.02μg/ml,最低检测浓度为0.03 mg/m3(以采集3.0L空气样品计);相对标准偏差小于5.0%,平均回收率为98%。结论:方法各项指标均符合GBZ/T210.4-2008《职业卫生标准制定指南第4部分:工作场所空气中化学物质测定方法》的要求,适用于工作场所空气中二硫化碳的测定。Objective : To establish the method for detecting the concentrations of carbon disulfide in air of work-places by gas Chromatography with capillary, column. Methods: Carbon disulfide in sample liquid was separated with capillary column and detected by gas chromatography with FPD. Results: The linearity range was 0.02 μg/ml - 6.0 μg/ml, the correlation coefficient (r) was 0. 9999, and the detection limit was 0.02 μg/ml, the lowest detection concentration was 0.03 mg/m3 ( the air volume was 3 L). The relative standard deviation was less then 5.0%, the average recovery rate was 98%. Conclusion: The method could meet the requirements of “Guide for establishment of occupational heath standards - Part 4 : Determination methods for air chemicals in workplace” and it is feasible for determination of carbon disulfide in workplace air.
