摘 要:目的:探讨电视塔电磁辐射对小学生免疫系统的影响。方法:以距离电视塔500m处某小学4~6年级330名学生作为观察组,另在距电视塔12km以外的另一小学4~6年级235名学生作为对照组,检测并比较两组学校电磁场强度、小学生免疫球蛋白水平及溶菌酶含量。结果:观察组学校的电场强度(264.38±1.72)mV/m、磁场强度(701.40±1.66)μA/m和功率密度(186.02±2.68))μW/m2,明显高于对照组学校(P〈0.01)。观察组小学生血清中IgG和IgM水平低于对照组(P〈0.05);而两组的唾液溶菌酶水平差别无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:电视塔电磁辐射可能对小学生的免疫系统产生一定的影响。Objective : To explore the influences on the immune system of pupils exposed to electromagnetic radiation. Methods: Three hundred and thirty students in one school(500m far away from the television tower) as observation group and 235 students in one school( 12km far away from the television tower) as control group were selected to detect the electromagnetic intensity, the level of serum immunoglobulin and lysozyme in saliva. Results: The electric intensity, the magnetic field intensity and power density of observation group were all higher than the control group (P 〈 0.01 ). The levels of IgG and IgM in students of observation group were lower than those of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ), but the lysozyme content in saliva was not significant between the two groups (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: Electromagnetic radiation might have some influences on immune system of pupils near to the television tower.
