摘　　要：目的:根据联合国《关于危险货物运输的建议书》中第4.3类遇水放出易燃气体类危险品的危险特性,研制了遇水放出易燃气体类危险品检测仪。方法:检测仪主要由样品反应系统、压力监测控制系统、数据采集处理系统组成。通过监测试验产生气体所排出水的质量换算出气体体积和释放速率。结果:对山东省出口较多的氢化钠、硼氢化钾等危险品的实际分类检测,发现试验结果与《建议书》中"危险货物一览表"和相关文献的分类结果一致。结论:该检测仪符合《建议书》提出的理论分类试验步骤和结果评估方案,且操作安全、检测准确率高,具有可溯源性。Objective： According to the classification and properties of dangerous goods in ＂Recommendation on the Transport of Dangerous Goods （RTDG） ＂ issued by United Nations, to develop a tester for dangerous goods emitting flammable gases in contact with water. Methods： The tester was made up of sample reaction system, pressure monitoring and control system, data collection and processing system. The volume and emitting rate of gas released from reaction could be acquired by monitoring the quality of gas drainage. Results： By classification test of local export dangerous goods such as sodium hydride and potassium borohydride, the test results were found in accordance with classifications in dangerous goods list of RTDG and related literatures. Conclusion： The tester was proven to conform to theoretical classification procedure and results evaluation of RTDG, with safe operation and precision. The test results could also be traced easily.
