摘 要:目的:复壮有效微生物(EM)并初步研究其降解偏二甲肼的效果。方法:以摇床培养法复壮EM,采用在自配含偏二甲肼污水中直接投加EM复壮液的方法,检测EM对偏二甲肼的降解。结果:以pH和OD值为观测指标,五种培养基均能复壮EM,复合培养基复壮的效果最好;在温度30℃、摇床转速为100 r/min时,其复壮的EM7 d内能将140 mg/L偏二甲肼降解至13 mg/L。结论:EM能有效降解偏二甲肼。Objective: To rejuvenate the effective microorganisms (EM) and then study its effect on degrading unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine(UDMH). Methods: EM was rejuvenated in the shake culture device, and then added in the sewage containing UDMH to detect the content of UDMH. Results : EM can be rejuvenated in 5 culture media. Under the condition of 30 ℃, 100 r/min as shaking velocity,C(EM) =5%, the EM rejuvenated in the complex culture medium had the highest degrading rate. In this way, 140 mg/L of UDMH can be degraded to 13 mg/L in 7 days. Conclusion: UDMH can be degraded effectively by EM.
