摘 要:目的:比较滤膜法使用的三种选择性培养基在染菌海水中检测大肠杆菌的效果。方法:通过染菌海水,使用滤膜法对海水样品进行相应处理后,分别把滤膜放置三种选择性培养基进行培养和菌落计数。结果:滤膜法实验中,mTEC培养基、品红亚硫酸钠培养基和改良品红亚硫酸钠培养基的阳性检出率分别为83%、96%和92%;三种选择性培养基在检测染菌海水样品中,品红亚硫酸钠培养基的回收检出率最高,其次是改良品红亚硫酸钠培养基,最低是mTEC培养基。结论:品红亚硫酸钠培养基和改良品红亚硫酸钠培养基比mTEC培养基更有利于过滤后大肠杆菌的生长;改良品红亚硫酸钠培养基比mTEC培养基更适合用于海水中大肠杆菌的检测。Objective: To compare the effects of three selective culture media in detection of Escherichia coli from the bacteria - contaminated seawater by using the filter membrane method. Methods: The bacteria - contaminated seawater sample was treated by the filter membrane method, then the filter membranes were placed on three selective culture media for the microorganism cultivation and counting. Results: The positive rates to mTEC agar, the fuchsin basic sodium sulfite agar and modified fuchsin basic sodium sulfite agar used by the filter method were 83% , 96% and 92% respectively. Among contaminated seawater samples, the fuehsin basic sodium sulfite agar ranked the first place regarding detection rate, followed by modified fuehsin basic sodium sulfite agar and the mTEC agar. Conclusion: Compared to mTEC agar, the fuchsin basic sodium sulfite agar and modified fuchsin basic sodium sulfite agar were more conducive to the Escherichia coli growing after the filtration process, and modified fuchsin basic sodium sulfite agar was more suitable for the detection of Escherichia coli in the bacteria - contaminated seawater than mTEC agar.
