摘 要:针对激光切割生产线I/O点数多、数据传输信息量大、实时性和可靠性要求高等特点,对CAN总线在高功率激光切割生产线上的应用进行了研究。上位机采用PLC1131-3和VC++进行软件的开发,下位机各通信模块以STM32处理器为主控芯片进行软、硬件的设计,通过CAN总线实现上位机和下位机各通信模块的互相通信。在某高功率光纤激光切割数控系统中的运行表明,通讯稳定可靠,具有较强的实时性和抗干扰能力,在工业过程自动化领域具有良好的拓展性。Aiming to the characteristics existing in the laser cutting production line, such as many I/ O points, large amount of information exchange, high requirements for real-time and the reliability, the application of CAN (Control Area Networks) bus in high-power laser cutting production line had been researched. The upper computer used PLC1131-3 and VC++ software for developing application, all the communication module of the lower machine utilized STM32 processor as the main chip, including soft and hardware design, the upper computer and all the communication module of the lower machine achieved communications with each other via the CAN bus. Practical application in a high-power fiber laser cutting CNC system shows that the communications is stable and reliable with strong real-time and anti-jamming capability, and this application has good scalability in the field of industrial process automation.
