摘  要:根据选煤浓缩机药剂添加的工艺工求,基于PLC技术,对药剂添加进行自动控制改造,实现了药剂添加自动控制,提高了系统的可靠性、灵活性,降低了设备的故障发生率,解决靠人工配制凝聚剂溶液的不少问题,效果显著,同时,降低成本减少电力浪费,减少粉尘对工人健康的危害,确保浓缩机安全可靠稳定运行。In accordance with the request of the technology of reagent addition, based on the PLC control technology,by reforming the system of reagent addition by the qpplication of automatic control we can make the process of adding medicament work automatically,thus the reliability and flexibility of the system will be improved,the rate of the occurrence of equipment accidents will get lower,and it solves many problems that we usually meet when we compound medicament in the artificial way,It is very effective,At the same time,it will reduce the cost and the consumption of power,make less damage to the health of the workers,and ensure the thickener run safely steadily and reliably.
