摘 要:以注塑模具型腔为研究对象,基于有限元分析软件,分析模具在工作压力下,型腔的最大变形量及应力状况。在疲劳分析理论的基础上,用ANSYS/FE-SAFE对型腔进行疲劳分析,得出疲劳失效薄弱区,计算了型腔的疲劳寿命。对比各表面粗糙度等级下的分析结果,可为表面设计及加工工艺改进提供参考依据。Based on the finite element analysis (FEA) software, much research and analysis have been conducted to the injection mold cavity in this paper. The simulation shows the maximum deformation and stress condition of cavity under mold working pressure. In order to study the reason for the fatigue failure of injection mold cavity, the fatigue analysis has been carried out and the fatigue life has been calculated. Through the analysis above, gel the weak area in the faligue tailure. Contrast the analysis results of different surface rcughness, which can be used as the reference basis for improvement in surface design and processing technology.
