国产硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗阴道炎369例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察国产硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗阴道炎的疗效。方法:收治2011年1月—2012年12月就诊的阴道炎患者369例,经实验室检测确诊为阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)43例、滴虫性阴道炎(TV)61例、细菌性阴道病(BV)82例、阴道混合性感染TV+VVC者33例、BV+VVC或(和)TV者150例。将患者按疾病种类以随机抽样法分为2组,其中观察组VVC患者23例、TV患者30例、BV患者45例、TV+VVC患者15例、BV+VVC或(和)TV患者78例,行硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊阴道上药;对照组VVC患者20例、TV患者31例、BV患者37例、TV+VVC患者18例、BV+VVC或(和)TV患者72例,VVC患者给予制霉菌素栓、TV及BV患者给予甲硝唑栓、BV+VVC或(和)TV患者给予甲硝唑及制霉菌素栓治疗。结果:观察组治疗VVC、TV、BV、TV+VVC、BV+VVC或(和)TV的有效率分别为95.65%、93.33%、91.11%、93.33%、92.31%,对照组相应有效率分别为85.00%、77.42%、81.08%、77.78%、80.56%。结论:硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗各型阴道炎疗效显著。OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the efficacy of nifuratel and nysfungin vaginal soft capsules for vaginitis. METHODS： From January 2011 to December 2012, a total of 369 patients with vaginitis admitted to the hospital were confirmed by laboratory test as having vulvovaginal candidiasis （VVC） of 43 cases, trichomonas vaginitis （TV） of 61 cases, bacterial vaginosis （BV） of 82 cases, TV ＋ VVC of 33 cases, and BV ＋ VVC or （and） TV of 150 cases were randomized to either experimental groups [VVC （23 cases）, TV（30cases）, BV（45 cases）, TV ＋VVC （15 cases）, BV ＋ VVC or （and） TV （78 cases）] treated with nifuratel and nysfungin vaginal soft capsules vaginally or control groups [VVC （20 cases）, TV （31cases）, BV （37 cases）, TV＋VVC （18 cases）, BV＋VVC or （and） TV （72 cases） , with nystatin suppository for VVC, metronidazole suppository for TV and BV, and nystatin suppository plus metronidazole suppository for BV ＋ VVC or （and） TV cases ]. RESULTS ： The effective rates of VVC, TV, BV, TV ＋ VVC, BV ＋VVC or （and） TV were 95.65% , 93.33% , 91.11% , 93.33% , and 92.31% , respectively, as against 85.00%, 77.42%, 81.08%, 77.78% and 80. 56% of the control group. CONCLUSION： Nifuratel and nysfungin vaginal soft capsules showed remarkable efficacy for different type of vaginitis.
