摘　　要：为了提高铁路公安机关执法程序的规范性和案件处理的准确性,本文针对由于铁路公安机关线长点多、高度分散的行业特点,参考公安机关刑事行政案件办理法律文书的规范性和办案流程相关规定,研究并开发出了一套适用于公安机关执法办案业务的铁路公安执法办案暨监督考评系统。通过试点应用,成功解决了传统执法办案业务开展的一些难点,并能实现动态地监督执法行为,降低了执法成本,提高了办案效率。In order to improve the normative of enforcement procedures and the accuracy of the handling of cases in the field of railway police, this paper developed Railway Police Law Enforcement and Supervision Evaluation System. To develop this System, the relevant provisions of the public security organs in criminal and administrative cases and the handled legal instruments of case-handling process, and close attentions of the features of railway police were paid, such as more office in different places. And this System could successfully solve some difficulties of traditional law enforcement, and make dynamically supervision of law enforcement behavior, reduce the cost of law enforcement and improve the efficiency in handlin cases.
