摘 要:新型玻璃纤维增强复合材料(GFRP)工字型梁具有重量轻、耐腐蚀以及架设方便等特点,在工程应用中前景十分广阔。为了得到复合材料构件横截面的更合理形式,选用拉挤成型GFRP工字型梁作为分析试验对象。使用Kollar公式、Tsai-wu准则和特征值屈曲方法分析了梁的极限承载能力,针对破坏特点对梁进行了局部的补强,并进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:工字型截面的补强方法能有效提高梁的承载能力,但这种局部补强后的破坏形式表明材料的抗拉强度仍未充分发挥,且对梁刚度改善并不明显。Being high in strength-to-weight ratio,strong in corrosion resistance and convenient in erection,the new glass fiber reinforced plastic(GFRP) Ⅰ-beam finds wide application in engineering.To obtain a more rational cross-section of the member of the composite materials,a pultruded glass fiber reinforced plastic Ⅰ-shape beam is chosen as the object for analyses and tests.The Kollar formula,the Tsai-wu criterion and the eigen-value buckling analysis are used to analyze the ultimate bearing capability of the beam,upon the basis of which the beam is locally reinforced according to the failure characteristics of the beam.The test result indicates that the reinforcement of the Ⅰ-beam can effectively improve the load-bearing capability of the beam,but the failure type of the locally reinforced beam shows that the tensile strength of the material is still not completely given full play to and the improvement of the stiffness of the beam is not obvious.
