隔物灸暖宫贴联合局部麻醉在人工流产术后中应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合镇痛在人工流产术中的临床效果。方法:选自我院的人工流产患者500例,随机分为两组,采用利多卡因实行宫颈旁神经阻滞的局部麻醉患者为对照组,采用利多卡因局麻联合关元穴敷隔盐灸暖宫贴的患者为治疗组,比较两组患者的镇痛效果、宫颈扩张程度、人流综合症的发生率以及呼吸抑制率和术后苏醒时间。结果:两组患者在镇痛效果、宫颈扩张和人流综合症方面比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者呼吸抑制、术后唤醒时间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合镇痛在人工流产术疗效显著,有效地降低术中疼痛和人流综合症的发生。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of sandwiched moxibustion with uterus-warming paste and local anes thesia in induced abortion.Methods： 500 pregnant women,who were going to take induced abortion in our hospital,were ran domly divided into two groups.Patients with lidocaine were in control group.And patients who were given lidocaine and sandwiched moxibustion with uterus-warming paste on guan yuan point were in treatment group.The analgesic effect,degree of cervical dilation,incidence of abortion syndrome,respiratory inhibition rate and postoperative revival time were compared be tween two groups.Results： The difference of analgesic effect,degree of cervical dilation and incidence of abortion syndrome between two groups were statistically significant（P0.05）.The differences were statistically significant（P0.05） in respiratory inhibition rate and postoperative revival time between two groups.Conclusion： Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine analgesia can provide good clinical effect for induced abortion and effectively reduce intraoperative pain and the in cidence of abortion syndrome.
