心理干预疗法配合清肾散瘀方治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨心理干预疗法配合清肾散瘀方治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法:将160例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各80例。治疗组患者采用心理干预联合清肾散瘀方治疗,对照组采用清肾散瘀方治疗。治疗4周后观察两组患者国际慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)、国际勃起功能指数-5(IIEF-5)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自量表(SDS)评分。结果:治疗后两组患者前列腺炎症状和性功能障碍均有改善,但治疗组各指标改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心理干预配合清肾散瘀方可有效改善患者的前列腺炎症状、性功能状况和心理状态。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of psychological intervention therapy with kideny-clearing stasis- removing formula on chronic prostatitis . Methods： 160 patients with chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into treatment and control group, 80 cases in each group. Patients were treated with psychological intervention as well as kideny-clearing stasis-removing formula in treatment group, and kideny-elearing stasis-removing formulathe in control group. Chronic prostatitis symptom index score（NIH-CPSI）, International Index of Erectile Function-5 （IIEF-5）, anxiety, self-rating scale（SAS） and De- pression Scale（SDS） were observed in 4 weeks. Results： The symptoms of prostatitis and sexual dysfunction were improved both in treatment and control group, but the various indicators of the degree of improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.005）. Conclusion： Psychological intervention combined with kideny-clearing stasis-removing formula can provide effectivly improve the symptoms of prostatitis , sexual function and psychological state in chronic prostatitis.
