摘　　要：目的评价降钙素原(PCT)对感染性心内膜炎(IE)的诊断价值。方法收集了Pubmed上在2012年12月以前以英文发表的关于PCT诊断IE的研究,采用QUADAS工具对研究质量进行评价,采用随机效应模型评价PCT对IE的总体诊断价值。结果共有6项研究被纳入本次系统评价与Meta分析。PCT诊断IE的总体敏感性为0.78,特异性为0.49。已有的研究不同程度地存在设计缺陷。结论 PCT是诊断IE的有益标志物,需要更多设计严谨的研究对PCT的诊断价值进行评价。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of procalcitonin（PCT） in infective endocarditis（IE）.Methods English-language studies,which focused on the diagnostic efficiency of PCT in IE and published on PubMed before December 2012,were retrieved.The quality of studies was estimated by QUADAS tools.The diagnostic performance of PCT were pooled and examined by random-effects models.Results Six studies were included in present systematic review and meta-analysis.The overall diagnostic sensitivity and specificity were 0.78 and 0.49,respectively.Design deficiency was observed among available studies.Conclusion PCT is a useful diagnostic marker for IE.More well-designed studies are needed to rigorously estimate the diagnostic performance of PCT for IE.
