摘 要:为了阻缓泥岩中孔隙压力传递、提高泥岩井壁稳定性,研制出了新型腐植酸-铝封堵防塌剂。泥岩压力传递测试结果表明,腐植酸-铝(HA-A1)较聚合醇和硅酸盐更能有效阻缓泥岩中的压力传递,与其作用后的泥岩样品中传递1 MPa的压差需要20.0 h,较作用前的泥岩(约为1.5 h)有大幅度提高将腐植酸-铝与聚胺两种新型井壁稳定剂优化组合,构建了高效铝-胺基封堵防塌体系,该体系抗氯化钠达8%以上,抗钙能力在1.0%以上,抗劣土达8%以上,抗温能力处于150℃以上,180℃以下,具有较优的耐温能力、流变性、滤失性、抑制性、抗污染性能以及抗温耐温性能。To reduce pore pressure transmission and enhance shale bore stability, a new patten blocking anti-sloughing drilling fluid additive humic acid-aluminum (HA-AI) was developed. Pore pressure transmission test in shale results show that HA-A1 has better performance to reduce pore pressure transmission in shale than poly alcohol and sodium silicate. It took 20.0 h or so for 1 MPa pressure to transmit through shale after interacting with HA-A1, which was much longer than that before interaction, which was about 1.5 h. By optimizing and combining HA-A1 and polyamine, a high performance blocking drilling fluid system was developed. The system has good rheology, filtration, inhibition, anti-pollution and anti-temperature performance with NaCI concentration more than 8% or CaC12 concentration more than 1.0% or drilling mass concentration of cutting powder more than 8% and with temperature higher than 150 ℃ and less than 180 ℃.
