摘 要:目的通过调查和分析抗肿瘤药物的不良药物反应(ADR)的发生特点,为抗肿瘤药物的安全使用提供参考。方法对218例涉及抗肿瘤药物的ADR报表进行收集、汇总、分析。结果 218例ADR共涉及抗肿瘤药物26种,给药途径最多的为静脉滴注,占83.94%。其中40岁以上中老年患者占77.06%。ADR累及的系统最多为消化系统,占29.98%。细胞毒类药物的发生频次占82.11%,其中氟尿嘧啶的ADR发生率排首位。结论应规范抗肿瘤药物的ADR的常规预处理,重视抗肿瘤药物ADR的监测工作,以保证患者用药安全。Objective To investigate and analyze the characteristics of adverse drug reactions (ADR) of antineoplastic drugs for the reference of rational usage of medicines in clinic. Methods The 218 cases of ADR were collected, summarized and analyzed. Results In all the 218 cases of ADR involving 26 kinds of antincoplastic drugs, intravenous injection ranked first by the route of administration, accounting for 83.94%. 77.06% occurred in patients older than 40. ADR were manifested as lesions of the digestive system mostly, accounting for 29.98%. The incidence of cytotoxic drugs in ADR list accounted for 82.11% of the total, in which fluorouracil ranked first. Conclusion Monitoring and evaluation of the ADR of antineoplastics should be strengthened in our hospitals, and the antiallergic pretreatment of antineoplastics should be standardized, in order to ensure safe and effective usage of medicines in clinic.
