跌打正骨软膏治疗急性软组织损伤的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察跌打正骨软膏对急性软组织损伤的治疗作用。方法建立大鼠急性软组织损伤模型,观察跌打正骨软膏对大鼠急性软组织损伤模型瘀斑及机械性压迫所致痛阈值的影响;建立大鼠急性血瘀模型,测定全血黏度、血浆黏度,观察其活血化瘀作用;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀实验,观察其抗炎作用;采用扭体法实验,观察其对化学刺激引起的疼痛的影响。结果跌打正骨软膏可促进急性软组织损伤后瘀肿恢复,提高急性软组织损伤模型大鼠机械性压迫所致的痛阈值。跌打正骨软膏高、中剂量组与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);可显著降低大鼠急性血瘀模型全血黏度;高剂量跌打正骨软膏可显著抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀的程度,对化学刺激引起的疼痛具有一定的镇痛作用(P<0.05)。结论跌打正骨软膏对急性软组织损伤模型大鼠有确切治疗作用,且具有活血化瘀、抗炎、镇痛作用,符合其改善临床症状的定位。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Dieda Zhenggu Ointment on acute soft tissue injury. Methods The rat model of acute soft tissue injury was prepared to observe the impacts of Die da Zhenggu Ointment on ecchymosis and pain threshold caused by mechanical compression. The rat model of acute blood stasis was set up for the determination of whole blood viscosity, plasnaa viscosity and the observa tion of the medicine action of activating blood circulation and removing stasis. Xylene was used to induce ear swelling in the mice for the observation of anti - inflammation in the experiment. The writhing experiment was adopted to observe the impacts on pain induced by chemical stimulation. Results Dieda Zhenggu Ointment promoted the recovery of ecchymoma after acute soft tissue injury,improved the pain threshold caused by me chanical pressure in the rat model of acute soft tissue injury. The results were different significantly in the high -dose and middle- dose groups of Dieda Zhenggu Ointment as compared with the model group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The whole blood viscosity was reduced significantly in the rat model of acute blood stasis. Dieda Zhenggu Ointment of high dose inhibited significantly ear swelling in the mice induced by Xylene and presented cer tain analgesic action on pain induced by chemical stimulation （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Dieda Zhenggu Ointment has definite therapeutic effects in the rat model of acute soft tissue injury, acts on activating blood circulation, removing stasis, anti - inflammation and analgesia. It complies with the improvements in clinical symptoms.
