枳术化瘀汤改善COPD患者胃肠功能的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察枳术化瘀汤改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,COPD)患者胃肠功能的临床疗效。方法将60例伴有胃肠功能改变的COPD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组予枳术化瘀汤加减,每次100 mL,日2次,饭后口服;对照组采用枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗,5 mg,日3次,餐前30 min口服。4周后评价临床疗效。结果治疗结束后,两组证候积分与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。治疗组的总有效率86.7%,对照组56.7%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论枳术化瘀汤对改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者胃肠功能疗效确切,能够显著改善其临床症状,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on gastrointestinal function of the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases （COPD）treated with Zhizhu Huayu Decoction. Methods Sixty patients of COPD combined with gastrointestinal dysfunction were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each one. In the treatment group,the modified Zhizhu Huayu Decoction was pre scribed, 100 mL each time, twice a day after meal for oral administration. In the control group, Mosapride Cit rate Tablets were prescribed ,5 rag, three times a day, for oral administration 30 min before meal. The clinical efficacy was assessed in 4 weeks. Results The symptom score after treatment was different significantly as compared with that before treatment（P 〈 0.05 ）in the two groups. The resuh in the treatment group was supe rior to the control group. The total effective rate was 86.7% in the treatment group and was 56.7% in the control group, indicating the statistically significant difference in comparison （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Zhizha Haayu Decoction achieves the definite effect of the improvement of gastrointestinal function of the pa tients with COPD.relieves significantlv the clinical symptoms and improves the quality of life.
