肝阳上亢型高血压的中医药治疗及特色护理

摘　　要：目的探讨平肝潜阳、清热安神的中药足浴对肝阳上亢型高血压病的临床疗效。方法选取200例肝阳上亢型高血压患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组100例。对照组采用常规药物治疗及常规方法护理,治疗组在对照组基础上同时加用中药足浴(天麻钩藤饮加减)。观察两组降压效果、临床症状改善和对中医特色护理的认同度等情况。结果治疗组降压效果、临床症状改善情况,护理认同度等情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论平肝潜阳、清热安神的中药足浴治疗肝阳上亢型高血压疗效确切,可应用于临床。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy on hypertension of hyperactivity of liver yang pattern under the special footbath nursing with Chinese medicine for pacifying liver yang, clearing heat and calming down the mind. Methods Two hundred patients of hypertension of hyperactivity of liver yang pat tern were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 100 eases in each. In the control group ,the conventional medication and nursing method were applied. In the treatment group, the footbath nursing with Chinese medicine （ modified tianmai gouteng yin） was supplemented on the basic treatment as the control group. Results In the treatment group, the effect of anti - hypertension and the improvements in the clinical symptoms were superior to the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The nursing identity in the treatment group was ap parently higher than that in the control group, presenting the statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The footbath nursing with Chinese medicine for pacifying liver yang, clearing heat and calming down the mind achieves the definite efficacy on hypertension of hyperactivity of liver yang pattern. This meth od displays the advantageous of nursing characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and should be applied in clinical practice.
