按压手法加中药热敷治疗肿痛型痔病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察按压手法加中药热敷治疗有肿痛症状痔病的临床疗效。方法将238例有肿痛症状的痔病患者随机分为两组,治疗组120例,对照组118例。治疗组采用按压手法加中药热敷技术,对照组采用传统的中药熏洗疗法,两组采用相同的外用中药,观察两组的临床疗效。结果治疗结束后,两组显愈率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后第1天、第4天、第7天疼痛和肛缘水肿积分分别低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后不同时间段疼痛和肛缘水肿积分依次比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后第4天、第7天疼痛和肛缘水肿积分分别低于治疗前和第1天(P<0.05),第7天疼痛和肛缘水肿积分均低于第4天(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗治疗肿痛型痔病有一定的疗效;按压手法加中药热敷治疗肿痛型痔病疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on swelling- pain -type hemorrhoids treated with pressing manipulation and Chinese medicine hot compress therapy. Methods Two hundred and thirty eight cases of hemorrhoids patients with swelling and pain were randomized into two groups, a treatment group （120 cases）and a control group （118 cases）. In the treatment group, the pressing manipulation and Chinese medicine hot compress therapy were applied in combination. In the control group, the fumigation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine was adopted. The same external application of traditional Chinese medicine was used in the two groups. The clinical efficacy was observed in the two groups. Results At the end of treat- ment, the difference in the significantly curative rate was statistical between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The scores of pain and anal edema on the 1 st ,4th and 7th days after treatment in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group separately（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The comparison of the scores of pain and anal edema at the different time points indicated the significant difference after treatment in the treatment group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The scores of pain and anal edema on the 4th and 7th days after treatment in the control group were lower than those before treatment and on the 1 at day after treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; and those on the 7th day were lower than those on the 4th day（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The fumigation therapy of traditional Chinese medi cine achieves certain efficacy on swelling - pain - type hemorrhoids. The pressing manipulation and Chinese medicine hot compress therapy in combination have the significant efficacy in treatment of swelling -pain type hemorrhoids.
