摘  要:对喷射沉积Mg-9Al-3Zn-1Mn-6Ca-2Nd镁合金在0.1,0.2,0.3三种变形程度下进行热轧,研究织构类型、织构强度对镁合金组织性能的影响.结果表明,热轧过程中(0002)基面滑移仍是该合金的主要塑性变形机制,而锥面(1012),(1011),(1013)孪生是次要因素;喷射沉积镁合金在ε=0.3时显微硬度达到最高(98.6 HV),强烈的(0002)基面织构与细小第二相粒子是导致其硬度增高的主要原因.Spray depositions of Mg-9A1-3Zn-IMn-6Ca-2Nd magnesium alloy were carried out by hot rolling under three deformation 0.1,0.2,0.3 ,and the effect of the texture intensity and texture type on the properties and microstructure of the magnesium alloy were studied. The results show that in the process of hot rolling, (0002) basal slip is still the main plastic deformation mechanism of the al- loy, and ( 101-2 ), ( 101-1 ), ( 10i-3 ) twining modes are the secondary factors. The micro-hardness of the spray deposited magnesium alloy reaches the highest (98.6 HV) when ~ = 0.3, and the strong (0002) basal texture and fine second-phase particles are the keys to the highest hardness.
