摘 要:目的应用微型营养评定简表(MNA-SF)和微型营养评定法(MNA)筛查营养风险与营养不良的患者,评估饮食干预的效果,分析其对康复治疗的指导作用。方法对162例住院脑卒中及脑外伤患者,入院首日采用MNA-SF和MNA进行营养风险筛查。对存在营养风险和营养不良的患者进行饮食干预,分别在第2、4周后再评估。结果共69例患者完成3次评估并接受为期4周的饮食干预措施,入院评估发现营养风险患者40例(24.69%)、营养不良29例(17.90%)。饮食干预4周后存在营养风险26例(16.05%),营养不良10例(6.17%)。患者MNA评分显著高于入院时(均P<0.05)。结论采用MNA-SF和MNA评估住院患者的营养状况并采取相应的饮食干预,可显著改善患者的营养状况。Objective To screen patients with nutritional risk or malnutrition by using the short-form Mini-Nutritional Assessment (MNA-SF) and the Mini-Nutritional Assessment (MNA), and to evaluate effects of dietary interventions on rehabilitation of patients. Methods A total of 162 hospitalized patients with stroke or brain injuries were screened at admission by using the MNA-SF and the MNA and those with nutritional risk or malnutrition were given dietary interventions. Re-evaluation was performed at 2 and 4 weeks after the intervention. Results Sixty-nine patients completed 3 assessments and adhered to the intervention. Forty pa- tients (24.69 ~ ) had nutritional risk and 29 patients (17.90 %) presented malnutrition at admission. After four-week intervention, nutritional risk was found in 26 patients (16.05 % ) and malnutrition in 10 patients (6.17 ~). The MNA scores evaluated after the intervention in these 69 patients were significantly increased than admission test (P~.O. 05). Conclusion Nutritional status of hospitalized patients can be improved by the use of the MNA-SF and MNA for admission assessment and by taking target dietary interventions.
